An exceptional situation which you can appreciate from the jacuzzi or the shady terrace which looks over the lake. Our small beach and private jetty is at your disposal and if you own a boat or wish to hire one you can make use of our mooring. Ideally situated in the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 min, Chamonix and Megève 1h),our villa is also near to all amenities. Transformed by a renowned architect, the villa combines designer furnishings with homeliness. An ideal bolt hole where perfection aims to be the norm. For lovers of sport and according to the season, our house is central for all activities: sailing, waterskiing, wake board, diving, golf, horse riding, summer luge, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, hangliding and in winter: Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, walks.

Our villa is situated 10 minutes from the town centre of Annecy, form the old town and its shops. 9 miles from Annecy airport, 29 from Genève Cointrin and 93 from Lyon Satolas. The situation of our villa "Plein Soleil" makes it an exceptional residence. Our region is applying to be classed as a World Heritage Site on account of the beauty of its sites and the richness of its heritage. You will all be won over by the old town nicknamed "Venice of the Alps", by the opening on to the lake and the mountain ranges.
