The villa is within walking distance of the Hossegor golf course, tennis, town centre and Hossegor lake. The beaches in Hossegor and Capbreton are just over a mile away, 5 minutes on a bike. The villa has a 1000m2 garden and is in a quiet, residential area where children can play and ride their bikes safely. There are various surfing schools in Hossegor and Capbreton offering lessons to tourists. Bikes can be hired in Hossegor town centre, a 2 minute walk from the villa.
