Terraced house suitable for 2-4 people. One double bedroom, kitchen with sofa, TV-sat, ensuite bathroom with shower. Big terrace and open space with bbq. Fully furnished kitchen and terrace. Ideal to relax underneath the gazebo, enjoying the real Sardinia. You will be surrounded by the wineyard, the palm trees and lemon trees. Our garden with all kind of vegetables is just one step out the door. All pure and organic! Unforgettable holidays. This holiday house stands exactly where nature has enjoyed itself creating a setting of rare beauty. Easy to find it, located on the main road that connect the beach to Alghero. Most beautiful beaches, Lazzaretto and Le Bombarde are just 900m away.Town centre is just 10 minutes by car. NO EXTRAS: the price indicated (agreed at the moment of booking) is All Including. You will not be charged extras for anything! Air conditioning, wahing machine, linen, bath and kitchen towels, arrival/departure cleaning, baby cot, included in the rental.

Kleine Ferienwohnung im Umfeld von Alghero

Der Name dieser Ferienwohnung verspricht eher ein kleines Haus als eine von 3 Wohnungen in einem separaten Haus, hinter dem Wohnhaus der Vermieter, auf einem wirklich großen Grundstück. Die Vermieterfamilie ist außerordentlich freundlich und entgegenkommend, und wir wurden bestens mit frischem Gemüse, eigenem Olivenöl und Wein gegen einen kleinen Obulus versorgt. Der Umgang ist erfrischend formlos.

Der Kühlschrank ist groß, und die Küche geeignet ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung war pikobello sauber, das Bad mit Dusche und Bidet ist klein, aber kein Kompromiss. Auch das Schlafzimmer hat uns gefallen; es gibt Ablagen, genug Schränke, Klima, und ein vernünftiges französisches Bett. Es gibt Bettwäsche und genug Handtücher.
Ich würde es aber auf keinen Fall ausprobieren wollen, dort mit 4 Personen zu wohnen.

Die Terrasse hatten wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt: Die Nähe der anderen Wohnungen und der Weg bzw. Parkplatz direkt davor haben die romantische Stimmung, die wir als Paar gesucht haben, verhindert. Da waren wir nicht unter uns, auch zum "diskreten" Sonnenbaden hat es uns nicht eingeladen.

Das Landgut liegt außerhalb, ein Auto ist zwingend nötig. Die vorbeiführende Landstraße macht sich manchmal durch Geräuschbildung der Straßenschwellen bemerkbar, besonders nachts. Das Limit dort ist 50 km/h.
In wenigen Miunten ist man sowohl in Alghero, eine wirklich sehenswerte und interessante Stadt, oder an einem der nahegelegenen Strände. Wer kann, sollte auch die Flugmöglichkeit über den Flughafen Alghero nutzen. Es ist ein kleiner Fughafen, überschaubar und mit relativ wenig Hektik.

Empfehlern können wir das Restaurant Veccio Mulino in der Altstadt, und eines an der SP55bis Richtung Norden hinter Torre del Proticcolo, bevor man zum Lago Baratz abbiegt.
