This villa with a beautiful view on a typical provincial village lies 10km away from Uzès and 35km away from Avignon. The estate with many trees measures 7000m2, quiet situation, HEATED swimming pool 10x5m with shower and WC, large terraces, pergola, track for Boules (Pétanque). The living surface is 180m2. 1st floor with panoramic terrace, large living room with kitchen 70m2, 2 bedrooms (beds of 140x190 and 200x160 cm) and bathroom. Ground floor: with direct access to the swimming pool, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed of 140x190 and of 90x190 cm and one with 3 beds of 90x190 cm), bathroom, living room and additional kitchen. The sophisticated furnishing has been chosen with the help of an interior decorator. The house is ideal for 8-10 persons, there are two 2 additional beds of 90x190 cm. Activities: table tennis, barbecue, children's playground, Boules (Pétanque), very beautiful walking tours in the immediate vicinity.
