Beautiful appartment, 53 m2 - quiet ( double glasses) a few minutes walk from the sea and the Port area, close to the Old Town and the "Cour Saleya". You'll enjoy these typical old quarters on Nice, sitted at one of the sunny restaurants' terraces with their outside tables. Close to the train station through which you can go and visit Cannes, Monaco, Saint- Tropez, Vintimiglia...A few minutes walk from the tram which will take you in one or two minutes to the Place Masséna with it's Pedestrian precinct with it's huge restaurants terraces so typical to this Mediterranean area. The apartment is very comfortable, furnished with good taste and fully equipped. The peaceful room is looking on the courtyard. Two public parking spaces. You can enjoy your stay without a car as the bus and tram service is frequent and excellent. You may ask your personal code from abritel which will allow you to give your note and opinion on my apartment. Actual note allowed by my abritel holiday-tenants: 55!!
