Photos and Description of this Paros holiday villa Olive & Stone identical villas : 6 bedrooms, up to 12 guests.

The two storied identical villas of 150 s.m. plus basement, were built in 2006, by a renowned architect, in a high quality minimalistic 'hidden luxuries' style. They are very serene, using natural light to a maximum effect, have westward views to Antiparos and stand in a 6000sq.m. private property laid with Mediterranean flora. Each villa has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of them with loft sleeping two children. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. Living / dinning rooms with beautiful views. Open plan kitchens with high quality appliances. Shaded verandas overlooking the sea, enclosed backyards with dining area. Utility room, staff room and bathroom in basement. Two small beaches border the plot and several others are within a few minutes walk. Swimming pool by the sea. The area has only a few villas owned by Athenians and is very secluded. For privacy reasons , more villa and area photos provided on request.

Paros is located in the center of the cycladic islands. It can be reached by airplane from Athens airport or by high speed ferry from Piraeus port (3 to 4 hours, depending on vessel). Daily boat service connects it with Naxos, Myconos, Tinos, Santorini, Ios. Paroikia, the main town, has shops, banks, a medical center, a pharmacy, restaurants etc. The island has many sandy beaches, many sports facilities, a renowned yoga center, beautiful inland villages like Lefkes and picturesque fishing ports like Naoussa and Alyki. The villas are located on the west side of the island, facing Antiparos.

Ground floor bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have wardrobes, ceiling fans, built in beds with good quality mattress and pillows. Some of the double mattresses can be turned into two singles. Bed linen is changed twice per week.

Notes: The villas are fully equipped. They have designed pieces of furniture, cotton bed linen, beach and pool towels. The kitchens have all necessary appliances, mixer, toaster, nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, large Smeg oven, gas burners, Miele dishwasher. There is no telephone connection, a local mobile is available, a wireless gsm card for your laptop is necessary for internet connection. The washing machine and ironing area are in the basement. In each villa one bedroom, the sitting room, the front terrace, the covered back yard and the pool area are wheelchair accessible. Pool size 12,75m by 3,75m, depth 1,20m - 1,60m. Beach and pool towels are provided. Pool alarm provided. Children should use the pool only under supervision. Daily cleaning service, live in housekeeper for cleaning, personal laundry and cooking services is available at an extra cost.
