It has a large kitchen with fire place and is located in the south of Majorca, 9 minutes by car to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Coloni. You can reach the airport within 35 km. The house has 5 bedrooms, a rustic, Majorcan style and 250 m². It has a very big garden (2500 m), ideal for children, with garden furniture and big private swimming pool (10 x 5m).We recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the small villages nearby, or taking a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water of such magnificent natural beaches as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes.
