At its centre, "Le Chalet des Canotiers", house in the typical style of the banks of the Marne, listed as "historical heritage" by the Vieilles Maisons Française (Old French Houses Association) in 1993, and by Demeure Historique (Historical Dwelling) in 2007. Your individual villa is situated to the front of the property with a private, enclosed garden, planted with trees. Very peaceful. Not overlooked. Near the Pavillon Baltard and Nogent-sur-Marne local train station.

Location: Joinville-le-Pont in France

10 min walk from the Nogent-sur-Marne local train station (RER line A). From there it is 20 min into the centre of Paris (Châtelet-Les-Halles). The river Marne lies at the end of Avenue de Diane, 30 metres away. The Vincennes woods are situated just up the hill. The Nogent swimming pool is 20 min away on foot (outdoor and indoor pools). "Chez Gégène" bar is just across the river, on the opposite bank. DISNEYLAND Paris can be reached by car with the A4 highway (20 minutes) ou with the RER A suway (you have ti change at Vincennes station).
