All rates are plus 11% Florida tax. $89.00 exit cleaning fee for up to 4 people, $119.00 for 5 to 6 people. 4th of July and Christmas are at peak season II pricing. Pets are on a per approval bases with additional pet fee.
  • Season II requires a 6 weeks minimum rent, Between January and February OR March and April.

Wir waren bereits unzählige Male in Sarasota, aber diese Villa war bei Weitem dass schönste Objekt, das wir bislang gemietet haben.
Der Zustand ist absolut neuwertig.
Die Villa ist eher europäisch, als amerikanisch gestaltet. ( Parkett und Steinböden im Gegesaatz zum sonst leider üblichen Hochflorigen Teppich ) Dies lässt einen sehr hygienischen Eindruck entstehen.
Bei kleineren Problemen steht die Vewalterin, bzw. die deutsche Eigentümerin jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Villa.
