++++++++++++++++++++++++++High speed wireless interent available+++++++++++++++++++ This newer home is located in a very friendly neighbourhood and very well located near everything someone would expect on vacation: beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, etc. It was tastefully furnished and decorated. It has about 1,300 ft² of living area and a great lanai/patio area overlooking your own private solar heated pool. This makes this home the perfect vacation getaway. The house provides a master suite, 2 guest bedrooms with two bathrooms, and plenty of space for up to 6 people. The solar heated pool is facing south and is completely caged in. The backyard is all fenced in for extra privacy. Distance to Siesta Key Beach and Casey Key Beach are a few minutes away by car. Distance to Sarasota Square Mall, Public (grocery store) and Target (department store) are approx. 5 minutes by car.
