The apartment: The apartment is newly renovated, and have an open-plan kitchen/lounge area, as well as a dining room. The lounge décor is in warm, delicate colours, and the gorgeous wooden décor kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities.

The apartment can be rented with a boat and wharf place included. (16” dinghy with 9,9hp) The boats are moored approx. 8 min walk from the apartment (600m), with parking spaces. The rent also includes cleaning. If the apartment is very dirty, an additional cleaning invoice will be issued by Sørlandshytter, according to the rental agreement conditions. Parking alongside the apartment.

Location: The apartment is located in south west Tromøy, specifically Hove, approximately 8 km from Arendal and 55 km from Kjevik Airport. From the apartments, it is 0 m to Southern Norway’s largest SPA – centre, with adjacent restaurant and bar, 3 km to shops. The apartment is also located just outside of Tromøy’s largest park with war memorials, nature reserves, swimming beaches, pebble beaches, ancient monuments etc. There is a good bus connection to/from Arendal.
