It is situated on a plot of about 1500 m²,with a coulurfully garden. The private-pool in the south, is very spacious (66m²),heated,covered and surrounded by lawn and terraces, partly roofed.Very easily you will reach Loulé or Boliqueime because of the adjoining street. The amazing beach of Falésia is just 15 km far. Loulé is a lovely destination for visiting,shopping and of course the covered market.Garden furniture even toys are available.Villa Serrinho is tastefully and comfortably furnished.All rooms are air-conditioned and all ,but one, have patio doors through to the pool. The kitchen has a large dining area,chairs,satellite TV and a fireplace. The living room has a sofa and a sofa-bed and cable TV. Sleeping room 1) has a king size bed, 2) has 2 large single beds and 3) has 2 single beds.Two bathrooms, one with a bath tub. Also a GPS-instrument for cost free use. A perfect starting point for trips or just relax at the private pool, excellent for a couple or family-holiday.

In the West to Ferragudo, Silves,the hinterland round Monchique to Sagres or the Eastcoast to Faro,Olhão,São Brás de Alportel,Estói,Tavira. The rocky Westcoast, already wellknown since many years as a fully developed tourism area,on the other hand, the Eastalgarve,also socalled sandalgarve or Sotavento, has much more authenticity. Excellent for: golfer,surfing, diving, sailing, hiking, birdwatching, or just lay back on one of the various amazing beaches.Top hint for kids, amusement parks: Slide and Splash,Atlantic Parc, Aqua Show, in your near vicinity. In Loulé,Portimão,Olhão or Tavira there are wonderful fresh markets,specialized shops and fine restaurants as well.The ferry boat from Olhão brings you to Ilha da Armona or Culatra to the open magically Atlantic Ocean.

Notes: The owner`s don`t charge you for a deposit,but of course they beg you to deal with the equipment of Villa Serrinho very carefully, for causing any demage the tenant is responsible for that. The private covered pool is about 2 meters deep, so it is more than imperative to keep your kids under supervision, parents are responsible for their children.During the Portuguese winter the pool will be heated by solar. Villa Serrinho has in the outdoor area a slide for kids,a splash plastic pool to blow up and other toys. Your holidayvilla also has a nice barbecueplace. In the living room there is also a sofa which can be used as an additional bed for 2 persons. In the kitchen you get regional TV but in the living room you will get international TV (hotbird&satellite). During your stay you have the possibility to contact your englishspoken administrator (he is living near to Villa Serrinho) or your contact person (Heidi Röver) who is speaking English, German or basics in Portuguese as well
