Casa Sole is in Montemezzo, a small village over Gera Lario, on the western side of Lake Como, 2 km away from the lake. You can enjoy a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. This is a quiet place, suitable for relaxing holidays and it is an excellent place for setting out trips to the mountains. The house is 2 kms away from the center of Gera Lario and from the beach. Here you can find restaurants, shops, bars, sport activities. Thanks to the sunny position, this house is warm also in spring and autumn. Three room apartment with fireplace, TV, 2 sofas, table. Kitchenette. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom with 2 single beds and drawers. Bathroom with shower, tub, sink, bidet, Wc. Small balcony, where you can sit and enjoy a wonderful lake view.

Die Wohnung in Montemezzo ist wirklich in Ordnung, sie ist sauber und schön groß. Vom winzigen Balkon hat man auch einen schönen Blick auf den nördlichen Teil des Sees. Leider sind die Bilder, die man in der Detailbeschreibung sieht, nicht sehr aussagekräftig. Man sieht also nichts von Wohnung oder Haus. Erst nach Buchung bekommt man eine Wegbeschreibung und somit ein Foto vom Haus, das direkt an der Straße liegt.
Der von uns befürchtete Verkehrslärm ließ sich ertragen, auch an das 20 Meter entfernte halbstündliche Kirchengeläut haben wir uns nach einiger Zeit gewöhnt.
Der Nachbarshund allerdings, ist bemüht den ganzen Tag zu bellen. Aber, Gott sei Dank ist man ja im Urlaub eher wenig in der Fewo und somit hatten wir doch einen schönen Urlaub.
