The apartment is at Cala Piccola, in Monteargentario (Grosseto, Tuscany), close to the Maremma. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, it is located in a classy environment and has 90 m², a wide terrace with splendid sight on the sea and the Giglio island (wonderful sunset). It has a wide and a little hall, 2 double rooms, and a room with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen and can lodge up to 6 persons and it is fully equipped. There is a splendid swimming pool which can be used by the guests and a wide garden. Further there are two private parking. The sea and the exclusive private beach facilities of Cala Piccola are distant approximately 1 km and can be reached by car or by a free shuttle service. The guests have the right to 2 cards of access in the private beach (each card allows 4 persons entrance), and they can use two beach places, dressing room cabin, beach equipments (beach umbrellas, deckchair, mats). On the beach, there is a bar and a restaurant.

Cala Piccola is located in Montargentario, close to Maremma, natural parks (Uccellina), spa (Saturnia). Monteargentario is a rocky peninsula, in front of Giglio and Giannutri islands and it's famous for its wonderful, uncontaminated nature. During spring and summer guests can enjoy a wide choice of beaches, most of them rocky. Cala Piccola is a really nice rocky beach but near there are others wonderful beaches, included sandy beach (at Feniglia, 12 km from Cala Piccola, and Giannella, 10 km). In Monteargenatario guests can enjoy also the Mediterranean nature and the near Maremma with its wonderful country, nice for all seasons. Cala Piccola is located in the middle of the nature, in a very restful and quiet place. The nearest town is Porto Santo Stefano a characteristic small town where there is a splendid fish market, stores of every kind, a tourist port with ferry boat to Giglio and Giannutri islands. Near Orbetello and Porto Ercole, there is a famous private harbour, Cala Galera.

Notes: The apartment is in good condition, and it its wide halls have two great windows that allow entering the terrace, which is really wonderful. You will probably spend most of the time on the terrace. The bathrooms are new, with Italian style tiles, very comfortable, and with pleasant shower. The kitchen is little (about 10 m²), but fully equipped and really efficient.
