| Notes: | We designed and built our villa externally in an Italian style, however the interior is very contemporary and designed for entertaining. 'Ifield House' is situated in a peaceful area close to the traditional Spanish town and port of Estepona on the Costa Del Sol. Please note: The property is on 2 levels, built over the edge of a valley in the treetops with further steps going down to the swimming pool, garden and decking area. Very young children would have to be supervised, although stair gates are provided. All bedrooms are shaded and from sun an have colonial style ceiling fans. The villa has stunning views to both the sea and mountains and is surrounded by mature cork oak and pine trees. The main living area is open plan, with a pitched ceiling and large picture windows on all sides. There is also a sky + satellite system and 37' state of the art LCD TV. The Kitchen is newly fitted in modern Wenge wood and silistone, with a professional stainless Bosh range oven and Bosh appliances |

Dear Grant & Jo, Thanks again for a most memorable holiday. You have a beautiful home and we felt privileged to have enjoyed it and can understand why you chose to live here. In the whole 2 weeks I think we only ventured out from the villa twice to visit a couple of the restaurants you recommended (La Casita was fantastic!) and stock up on supplies. We didn't want to leave and please let us know if you do decide to rent again.
Best Wishes
Cardiff & Barbara
P.S. Having loved having Boss and Marmle around for company we brought a kitten almost as soon as we got back!
