It is situated within a five minute walk of Villamartin golf course / Plaza, with a good range of high quality restaurants, bars and shops. This accommodation is in a quiet street with parking directly outside the property. This ground floor apartment has it's own balcony leading to it's own garden next to the large swimming pool, children's pool and a grassed sunbathing area. the apartment itself sleeps 4 comfortably the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes has en-suite the second bedroom with twin beds is opposite the main bathroom which is fully tiled with a shower over the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker which has a 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, George Foreman grill/griddle, washing machine. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. The local blue flag beaches are a 5 min drive.

From the North Villamartin is situated South of Alicante airport from the A37 motorway which is a toll road or the N332 coastal road which during the summer months can be very busy (45-60 mins). From Murcia San Javier airport (A smaller quieter airport with quicker exit) you travel North on the A37 motorway which is a toll road or the N332 road this is about 20 minutes away. The blue flag sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia Cabo Roig, Dehesa de Campoamor are only a few minutes away.

Notes to the rental rates

  • OUR RATES ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE WITH NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. £100 non refundable deposit secures booking. Remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure, together with a £100 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after the property has been checked for damages, breakages, losses etc. The property is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen and towels on a weekly basis. Please bring your own towels for the beach/pool.
    The apartment is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the date of departure, although we will try to accommodate requirements outside these times where possible. All guests will be met at the property by our local English agents for handover of keys, etc.
    Collection to and from the local airport can also be arranged, and a Welcome Pack of food to your requirements can also be provided for a small charge (handy if you are arriving late at night). Payable to agent. Please request details if required.
  • Prior to your departure, we will provide you with detailed directions to the property.
  • Look out for FREE local paper which provides lots of information of places to visit, whats on & when. Please feel free to contact us if you require any further information.

Murcia (San Javier) is the nearest airport 15 minutes drive and Alicante approx.45 minutes drive. Easy-Jet ,Ryan Air,B A Monarch airlines fly to both airports from the UK. Check the web for the latest deals. We can assist if required to arrange airport transfer to and from the apartment for a minimal cost. For those who don't wish to drive. Our agent lives only a short distance from the apartment and normally meets our guests on arrival and is happy to assist with any queries you may have. There are excellent road links to the water & theme parks–Aqualandia and Terra Mitica. There are markets nearly everyday best place to get your fresh fruit & veg. Pick up a local FREE paper to find out what on & when. Bustling town of Torrevieja with its marina, waterfront bars

Our spacious apartment is privately owned and is ideal for a holiday on the beach or the golf course is situated in a private development of mixed residential and holiday villas and is just beside a large communal swimming pool with a separate pool for children & fully equipped to a high standard, comprising of lounge/dining room with UK sat TV & terrace overlooking pool, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom kitchen. There is parking outside the apartment should this be required. The Plaza with numerous Bars, Restaurants and Supermarket again all within walking distance 500 meters. The local Blue flag beaches at La Zenia & Cabo Roig are within easy access, are exceptionally clean and have fine white sand, sparkling clear blue water, and full facilities. Most of the time the water is really calm and warm. There are excellent road links to the water & theme parks – Aqualandia and Terra Mitica.

Golf Information:

Our apartment is located close to three superb golf courses, Villamartin, (about 500 meters) and the Golf Club has a bar & fine restaurant at extremely reasonable prices a swimming pool open to all. Real Club De Golf Campoamor and Las Ramblas are literally just a short drive (5 minutes) away. There are further courses in the area (about 10) including the famous La Manga. Always best to check & book with Golf Club direct for availability in advance

We had a wonderful fortnight at this apartment. My husband enjoyed the golf at Villamarten
which is very close by while myself and the children relaxed by the pool next to the apartment.
I have already booked again for November 2006.
