The villa is located in the centre of Alcamo Marina, in the middle of the Gulf of Castellammare and between Trapani and Palermo. In a range of 50 km you can visit about 14 places of good and historic sights. Within 30 km you are at the fantastic white sand beach of San Vito lo Capo. Other distances: 6 km from Alcamo with its forest on the mountain, 40 km from Erice, 50 km from Egadi Islands, 60 km from Palermo and the gorgeous Duomo of Monreale with the roof all gold mosaic, 45 km from Trapani, 45 km from Selinunte Temples and ruins, 30 km from Ustica island and 8 km from wonderful and wild 'Zingaro' park and reserve. The nearest beach is 80 metres far. The villa is well located for daily excursions. At only 3 km you can get onto the motorway A/29 and reach the Segesta temple & Theatre (8 km) in 15 min. Near Segesta there is an open air thermal pool, open until midnight. You can use also in winter time because of hot water.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and well maintained house with beautiful and private garden to relax in. Great access to beach. Car essential for sight seeing and shopping although access can be diffcult at times due to very narrow lanes and parked cars. Owner very helpful and easy to get hold of if needed for any problems.

Although it was late in the season when we stayed in this property we had a very enjoyable week.The accommodation is clean and well maintained and the garden is lovely.The owner is exceptionally helpful, collected us from Palermo airport and arranged very cheap car hire. Unless you are looking for a beach only holiday a car is essential here. We would recommend this property as there is plenty to see and do in the area. The weather in late October was still very warm although sometimes overcast. Overall very good value for money.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property, in July 2008.
The property is clean and well maintained. It is located m a nice sandy beach, and within half an hour's drive from Palermo and lots of interesting site-seeing venues, as well as some other spectacular swimming and boating beaches.
The owner provided good customer service.
We would recommend this property to friends.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig. Die Angaben des Vermieters treffen vollständig zu. Der Garten ist wunderschön und zum feinen Sandstrand muss man nur 100 Meter gehen.
Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist sehr steil und eng. Mein Mietwagen (Galaxy) setzte beim Einparken auf. Es empfiehlt sich an der Straße zu parken. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen, da Bus nur sehr selten fahrt. Haltestelle ist aber direkt vor der Tür.
Der Vermieter hat vorab mit mir alles freundlich und präzise per Mail und Telefon abgesprochen. Wir trafen uns bei der Anreise in einer Bar und er führte mich persönlich zum Haus. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert.
Bei Temperaturen von 25°C im Schatten und einer Wassertemperatur von 22° war (Sonnen-)Baden ein Genuss.

Wir waren mit 6 Pers. (vollkommen ausreichendes Platzangebot) 10 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind absolut in Ordnung. Sehr schön und hervorzuheben ist das Platzangebot insg., der wunderschöne, mediterrane Garten, sowie die von vielen bevorzugte Außendusche!!!!
Ebenfalls die absolute Nähe zum schönen Strand....
Die Angaben des Vermieters waren sehr genau und zutreffend.
