The house is in a central position. The area is worldwide famous for its art, culture, history, delicious food and wines and the beautiful and comfortable beaches of Versilia. You are between the see resorts (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi), the apuan Alps and many historical cities like Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta (meeting place of the most famous sculptors) or Carrara with its marble quarries. In a day trip you can easily reach other famous destinations like Florence, Siena, San Gemignano or Portovenere and the ´5 Terre´in Liguria. The romantics have a great opportunity to discover the nearby mountains with all of its small medieval villages.

The house (newly built in 2009) is very modern and elegant, with all of the latest comforts - air-conditioning, central heating, alarm system, safe, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, free 24 hour internet access. Above the house is a brand new mosaic swimming pool (12x4) with a fantastic panoramic view all around - Alpi Apuani, bay la Spezia, see, city of Viareggio. The house is in a very nice, peaceful location, surrounded by a property of 7000m2 full of olive trees, pines, cypresses, figs, bay leaves etc., with a private road access. The nearest village is 700ms far and the sea is 4000ms. The main terrace has a north-western position with a spacious dining area / under a 'pergolato', with seating for 4-6 people and an exceptional view over the olive tree garden and mountains.
