Our new built vacation house is situated in one of the most silent district of Siófok directly on the shore of a fishing lake just 500 m away from Lake Balaton. The house contains 2 bedrooms on the first level. There is a bathroom with shower, toilette, a kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area and a living room with TV set and air-conditioning on the ground floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with microwave oven, coffee machine, electric cooker and oven, fridge with freezer, plates, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Two big balconies belong to the house with garden furniture and with a beautiful view of the lake. Parking is possible next to the garden in a closed area.

  • Rate/day/house for max. 4 one extra bed is possible: Euro 10/day/person our rates include from 1.5.-24.9.: the usage of water, gas, electricity, kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning, parking, from 24.9. gas is extra because of cleaning city tax is also not included: Euro 1,5/day/adult (from 2005)) the house must be rented from Saturday to Saturday in high season by booking 30% deposit must be paid via bank transfer. This sum is paid back only before June when reservation is cancelled. We do not pay the transfer cost we take €100 caution for loss of keys and damages arrival from 2 pm. Departure till 10am no towels No air-conditioning, no mosquito screen, no deckchairs.
