    Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Rental can be paid in Euros by negotiating rates applicable at the time. There will be a 50% refund of the total on any cancellation within the 8 weeks but before 4 weeks. Within 4 weeks of due arrival there will be no refund. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required to cover any damages and/or for any additional cleaning necessary to restore the condition of the townhouse.
    Each week booked includes one house clean and change of towels and bed-linen following departure. Daily rental rates are available which will be prorata plus an additional one-off £50.
