A quiet spot in the countryside between Imperia and Sanremo facing the wonderful 'Riviera dei Fiori' sea. A small place with a family management open all the year. A good service at competitive prices! Comfortable car parking and an ample shared garden which is equipped with tables, deck chairs and a barbecue are available.

Our most prestigious apartment (100 m²), just renovated (spring 2008), is located on the second and last floor of the building and has a magnificent view of the sea. Ideal for 4 people yet equipped to host up to 6. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other furnished with two single beds, and a living room equipped with satellite TV and double sofa bed. The ample kitchen offers a relaxing view on the sea and face to a spacious balcony furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella. The completely new bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine.

The house is situated in a quiet rural spot, about 200 yards from the seaside, distant from the urban chaos, but only few miles away from shops and services: at about 1 mile, San Lorenzo al Mare, shops and mini-market; at about 4 miles, Imperia, provincial capital; at about 9 miles, San Remo, famous touristic town. THE SEASIDE... just a short walk and you're there. From the property a rocky shore can be reached by foot, perfect for lovers of the adventure; if you prefer something more comfortable and relaxing you'll find well equipped sandy beaches quite near to every village along the coast. THE HINTERLAND The region of Imperia isn't popular only for its seaside: there are also many ancient villages along the coast or in the hinterland which are definitely worth a visit: Triora, Bussana Vecchia, Apricale and many others. There are also plenty of places you'd be interested in paying a visit to if you enjoy cycling, hiking, mountain biking or climbing.

Meet us: Francesco and Marina are waiting for you, with their little children Sara (3 years old) and Andrea (1 year old). We live in this beautiful corner of Liguria, where the olive trees seem to cling to the steep field belts lest they fall into the sea. We moved to this bucolic place, leaving back the frenzy of city life having in mind to devote our time to tourism. Year after year we keep restoring apartments in our property in order to offer you a quiet and affordable holiday on the seaside.

Our family (2 kids 2yr, 4yr) had a very good time at this absolutely clean and calm flat of the extremely helpful Francesco (we got maps, books, information, a baby-carrier etc.).
From the big balcony you have a nice view of the sea. The kids can play on the tiny playground at the yard. The only problem (for people without using a car) is the steep access to the house. The little beach close to the house is nice, but not very good/safe for little children, but there are great beaches in a distance of 10min with the bike or car.
