The charming and high standing duplex, 150 sqm2, is located in an artistic and old stone house, inside the ramparts of historical Aigues Mortes village, a heaven of peace and beauty for the old stones, lime, woodwork, steel and glasswork lovers at only 10 minutes from the beaches of l'Espiguette, La Grde Motte Renovated and decorated with antic materials, the house offers a high standing comfort for 4 adults : 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 WC, a laundry, 2 dining rooms, 1 concrete worked kitchen, 1 lounge with fireplace. On two levels, loft area is wrapped around a magnificent stone worked staircase. 1st floor: a loft , 80 sqm2 living room, beautiful old brick, stones and colourful paints, old woodworks floor and ceiling, iron and glasswork, 2nd floor: night and rest room, old fashioned brown wooden floor, white walls, a roof terrace, little eating area, south view. This house is not recommanded for children.

The house is not smoking, but it's possible to smoke outside, on the roof terrace. Animals are ours friends but not wanted. Because of all the stone stairs in the house, this house is not safe and recommanded for children. Sorry. At departure, you have to leave the house as you receipt it. If no, 100euros will be kept. The arrival should be after 5h00 (pm) et the departure before 11h00 (am). The owner is living here .
