Beautiful, closed in, recent residence, residential and calm district, near the beaches. Prestige flat, ornate and warm, with a veranda, a terrace and a fairly large private garden. Bedroom with a queensize bed (160x200) and a folding baby cot. Living-room with a bed-settee (double bed with a thick mattress) and a single bed. Very comfortable: TV TNT, high fidelity radio, large fridgefreezer, oven, vitrocéram cooking-top, washing-machine. Heater in every room, closed garage.

Flat situated in the residential district, very close to the finest beaches supervised by swimming-instructors, to the private beach, the restaurants, the seaside and children?s games, the stadium, etc. 500 yards from the beach volley, the Casino and ballroom, as well as the thalassotherapy establishment. 800 yards from the new marinas, their restaurants and their businesses, and also from the theater. All staple commodities 400 yards from the residence. Center city 800 yards, businesses, post-office, cinemas etc. Supermarkets nearby. La Ciotat is a very lively little city, with a magnificent seashore. Events for tourists are plentiful, a crafts market every evening, a large market on Tuesdays and Sundays, jazz and classical concerts visits of the deep creeks and of the ?green island? by boat, 3 marinas, maintenance of large yachts.

In very high or high periods, the apartment will be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, starting on a Saturday. For a stay of several weeks, a discount of 10 will be offered on the second week and those following. In very low or low periods, a minimum of 4 days will be accepted at the price of 320euros and 260euros respectively. Arrivals are normally planned on Saturday afternoons from 3 pm to 6 pm. Departures are normally planned on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm. In case of difficulty, please warn in time. The flat must be given back clean as it was found. If the cleaning has not been done, a sum of 50euros will be deducted from the deposit. The landlady has insured the flat, for her own responsibility, at the MAIF company, police n° 0473544N The tenant promises to take out a tenant insurance ( in case of fire and flooding) In case of a fire or a flood, if the insurance is missing, the tenant will be sued for damages.

    Charges are included, except the electricity between November and March ( use of the heater): beyond 70 kwh a week, 0.08 euros the kwh.
    A down payment of 25 will be paid at the time of booking by mail or bank transfer on an account-number which will be given by email.
    The remaining amount as well as a deposit of 400 euros will be paid on receiving the keys. An inventory of fixtures will be signed between landlord and tenant. The deposit will be given back immediately after the exit inventory, made together, if nothing must be deducted, and at the latest, one month after departure, after deducing repairs or replacements, if any.

In the living-room, a bed-settee with thick and comfortable mattress, 1m40 x 1m 90, as well as a single bed, 0.90 x 1.90. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, but sheets, pillow-cases and bed-covers aren?t.

Breakfast and cleaning materials are at your disposal, and it is your responsibility to replace them for the next guests. There?s a television with a TNT adapter and a radio and CD player. Heaters in every room plus a fan-blower in the porch. It is finely decorated with paintings, engravings, tapestry works and cushions. A fairly large private garden oriented southsouth-west with garden furniture. A locked-up garage underground.
