This beautiful vacation home is located in SW Cape Coral (Rose Garden), close to shopping and entertainment, yet private enough to relax and enjoy your vacation. Villa Sunny has three bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, the guestrooms have queen size beds. There are two baths for your convenience. The living and dining areas have an open floor plan with views of the large Pool and Canal. The Kitchen is completely equipped and will satisfy all your needs: stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. There are plenty of bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer. There is also a washer and dryer in the house for your use.
