Nevertheless the proximity of economic and cultural activity of the town very often avoids the need for a vehicle. The new redevelopment of the south facing garden brings a real air of luxury to this rental, particularly in regard to its facilities and the unique view of the bay.

The Méraud gardens, situated on the Ave de Grasse facing the villa add a touch of tranquillity amidst wooded and welcoming surroundings. Families with young children will appreciate it. Also, the owner has a lot of accessories for the very young, giving you a less loaded up journey. (Cot, games. etc. Ask for information). The beaches of the Croisette and the Midi can also be reached on foot. The lift in the adjoining public car park is a great help for carrying up shopping from the nearby Marché Forville.

The private terrace which adjoins the living room and is north facing is cool, shady and verdant which is welcome in the summer. From the landing stage you can see the panoramic view over the lower town, the bay the Lérin islands and the massif of Estérel. Enchanting at night fall in the winter or during the numerous firework displays set off from the Croisette in summer. A charming patio, decorated with traditional mosaics is the place of choice fro breakfasts in summer. Be there at pyro-musical shows held in the bay of Cannes, while enjoying the benefits of the hydrojet system, in water at 35°C, what could be more fun!
