Close to the center of Gerardmer. Newly built charming chalet of 1305sqft (145m2) over a land of 7785sqft (865 m2), stick-built facing South South West. It comprises 6 rooms. On the lower ground floor, a room with a traditional Norwegian sauna (Harvia), a dressing mud room, a one car garage, a playing room (table tennis and darts). On the ground floor: a living room with a wood-burning stove, a large kitchen dining room, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower) and one independent toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom (4 bunk beds) with a balcony overlooking the valley, one bathroom (bath), one independent toilet, and a TV area with a balcony. The garden is wholly landscaped with wooden granite terraces and a swing set (end of October 2007). Further information: floor heating, wood burning stove, inside garage and outside parking, close to mountain and lake, sauna, balcony, terrace, panoramic views, inside and outside new and top quality furniture.
