New apartment located in a residence at ground floor in the middle of a pine wood. You will enjoy the private garden of 350 m2 and the direct access to the fine sandy beach by the gate of the residence (direct access). From the beach, you will enjoy a nice view of Turballe and the Croisic. Downtown and the commercial centre are 800m away. In the heart of the Guerande peninsula and the white country, you will discover Guerande (6km) and its salterns, Brière and its canals and boat trips, the ornithological and wildlife parks. Leaving from Turballe you can discover the islands of Morbihan (Houat, Hoëdic, Belle Ile), you can practise sailing, wind-surfing, kite surfing, diving... You will enjoy swimming, whelking, cycling, Aquatic Park nearby, hiking (Vélocéan), horse riding. For your nights out, you can also amuse yourself in La Baule (12km), a lively seaside resort.
