Games are provided for everyone either in the sunny garden or in the cool basement . You will find here comfort and all modern equipment in a mediterranean style decoration.

Location: Maraussan in France

Maraussan is a big village near the big city of Beziers , between Montpellier and Carcassonne. It is situated next to the seaside resorts of Valras,Portiragnes and Vendres . Narbonne and Le cap d'Agde are quite near too. Maraussan is surrounded by vineyards .The countryside and the low mountains in the nearby are peaceful and cooler in the summer .There are a lot of things to visit in the old city of Beziers ,beautiful houses and monuments that symbolize the different periods of its tumultuous history . The famous 7 locks of the Canal du Midi attract lots of tourists as well as the old catheral at the top of the hill from where you can see a wonderful landscape .The village of Maraussan has got 2 excellent restaurants and the first cooperative wine cellar in France . In the near area you can taste and buy lots of excellent and cheap wines .You can practise all sorts of sports from hiking and horseriding to swimming ,rafting or windsailing. You can also sail along the Canal on a barge .

People are supposed to arrive on Saturday afternoons and must leave on Saturday mornings . Of course we can come to an agreement if you arrive late in the evening . You are requested to phone at least 1 hour before your arrival to let me know.

  • The house is booked when a cheque of 25 per cent of the total price has been received . Then, 2 rental agreements are sent to you . You keep one and send the other one back after signing it . You pay the rest of the sum cash when you arrive and you give a cheque of 600euros for guarantee at the same time . You get it back when you leave if everything is O.K . You have to clean the house and leave it in the same state as you found it on your arrival or 100euros will be charged for the cleaning . Of course you have to take a rental insurance in case of accident .
