Lovely old countryhouse, in a unforgettable mediterranean garden, 100 mq, located in Capo Milazzo, a town situated in front of the Eolian islands. The property is suitable for a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature and the villa's ancient furniture is full of charme too! The beach,with all of the sea's attractions, is only 500 mt from the cottage and for those who love art and antiquities of Sicily, it is an ideal starting point for organizing day excursions, such as Taormina, Syracusa, Palermo and the Eolian islands. The park in which the countryhouse stands is about 10.000 mq, and is composed mainly of a lawn with palms, agaves, olive trees, which create many shady areas, like a tennis court, a playground for children, an animal's corner, and relaxing areas. In front of the house there is a large covered table, with chairs, umbrellas and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and staying. The principal main gates from the comunal road leads into the garden and the house main entrance is through a reserved area directly from the garden. The entrance leads into a lovely room where on the left there is a sitting area and on the right there is the kitchen and a dining open space. On the upper level there is a bedroom lighted by two windows, where there is or a double bed or two single beds, in addition with a baby one. Then a small corridor leads into a large room with a king sized bed, a sitting area with tv and a writing desk, on the mezzanine there are two twin single beds. The first bathroom has the entrance from this room, the second from the corridor. There is an extra shower in the garden, useful when returning from the beach. In winter time there are also two wood stoves, great for heating the cottage.
