The Tuscan-style villa is equipped with a spacious porch with barbecue and outdoor kitchen with two stoves, a useful sink, table and chairs for dining outdoors and relaxation area for your pleasant summer evenings. You enter a spacious living room with: at the left table and chairs for dining inside at the right a large and comfortable kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator and everything needed for cooking. In the center, two practical sofa bed in front of the fireplace and satellite TV. Among the living room and master bedroom, you have a dressing area with walk-in closet, laundry and shoe rack. It provides all the best quality bed linen and towels for the pool or the sea. On the right is the spacious and comfortable bathroom with double sinks with large mirrors and a huge shower. In front of the porch is a spacious garden with solarium and parking space. At 200 meters, along a small road we reach the large pool(15x8m)which is equipped with sun beds and sunshades

Among the cities we recommend: Volterra and San Gimignano, Firenze and Siena, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala also for their greens for golf. Lovers of the sea, just 12 km from the Villa, can reach the famous Etruscan Coast, with the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscany coast. The Golf in Tuscany, favored by climate, you can play all year, near the sea, on the hills immersed in nature and wide spaces. Very quiet situation in the Toskanian wooded hinterland,
Nice extensive farm property "La Bandita",
Nice, friendly renter's married couple Sara and Massimo,
Luxurious summer cottage with high equipment,
Many places of interest in the environs visits (Sassetta, Suvereto, Bolgheri, Massa Marittima, Pisa, Lucca, Siena ...),
Wonderful beaches in the gulf of Baratti,
Many typically Toskanian restaurants and vineyards with regional specialities, wines and olive oil in the surroundings,
All together, a wonderful, restful vacation with many remaining impressions,
Arrival with pleasure once more !

Ruhiger Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben dort jeden Tag toll gekocht oder gegrillt.
Dafür war die Einrichtung perfekt.
Der Weg dahin war etwas mühevoll, da es nur einen steilen Schotterweg gibt. Das ist aber normal für die Toscana.
Der Pool liegt etwas abseits vom Haus (ca. 300m) aber den hatten wir immer für uns alleine.
Das Meer ist gut zu erreichen und da wir ja im September da waren war der Strand auch sehr leer.
Fazit: Danke Massimo und Sara, wir denken an zwei schöne Wochen zurück und empfehlen euer Domizil guten Gewissens weiter.

Perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe mit Trubel und Meer

Das Haus steht ca. 50 Meter unter einer Verbindungsstrasse, dadurch leider etwas Verkehr (viele laute Motorräder), die Strasse dorthin ist übrigens fahrtechnisch ein Traum...
Auch der Hund der Eigentümer ist gelegentlich leider etwas lauter. Das wars aber schon an Negativem. Ein toll eingerichtes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles sauber, neu, hell und praktisch. Der Pool liegt leider etwas abseits, ca. 300 Meter Fussweg, aber wir hatten ihn fast immer für uns. Was unschätzbar im Sommer ist, sind die ab 19 Uhr frischen Winde und leicht fallenden Termperaturen. Schlafen ohne Probleme möglich. Man ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit am Meer. Theoretisch jeden Tag an einem anderen Strand.
Fazit: Danke Massimo und Sara, wir denken an eine schöne Woche zurück und empfehlen euer Domizil guten Gewissens weiter.

Traumurlaub

Das hübsche Ferienhaus ist ideal für alle, die einen Badeurlaub mit Sightseeing verbinden möchten.
Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft in einer kleinen ruhigen Ferienanlage. Das Haus ist an das Haus der Vermieter angebaut. Dennoch ist man für sich, da das Haus einen eigenen Garten mit unverbauter Sicht hat. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter sind hauptsächlich in den Ferien und am Wochenende vor Ort.
Im Haus befindet sich alles was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir können das Casa il Forno mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.
