Magnificent chalet with big terrase covered with 15 m2 on garden near the house of the owners but the independent (entered separated, turn of the screw in saw(lived), no common ownership). Access to the swimming pool warmed from April 1rst till October 31th. Very well-kept, decorated and well equipped. Garden perfectly closed, completely reassured(secured) for the children. Any conveniences in feet: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser, bus, park with lake of enjoyment(approval), soccer field near....
