Modern villa with all facilities, nice terrace and hundred years old trees. In the centre of the fashion village of Moulleau (Arcachon top class quarter) with restaurants, bars, fashion shops. With the jetty nearby possibility of cruising in all Arcachon Bay: Dune du Pyla, Sand Bank, Ile aux oiseaux, le Cap Ferret peninsula, oysters villages. Very large and long fine sand beach very safe by the bay (very small waves). Possibility of all sea sports: sailing, water-ski, surfing in the ocean (10 kms away), paragliding. Only 50 minutes drive to the most famous vineyards of Bordeaux. The best climate on the French Atlantic coast. Very sunny and not too hot. By the largest French forest of pine trees, ocean beaches. Three beautiful golf courses in the dunes and the forest with lakes (5 minutes away for Arcachon Golf Club, 15minutes to Gujan Golf Club and 20 minutes to Biscarosse Golf club). Tennis Club (Clay Courts) at 800 Meters.
