Arrivals and departures: Arrivals are between 5.00 and 6.00 p.m ; departures are between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m and 5.00 and 6.00 p.m for weekend rentals. Jean Claude or his wife Anne Marie are on the premises during those hours. It is agreed that in case of cancellation: from the client's part: one month prior to the beginning of the rental, the deposit will be lost. Less than one month prior to the beginning of the rental, the client will have to pay the difference between deposit an the equivalent of the total price, as for penalty. Premises are furnished with all kitchen appliances, crockery, glasses, covers and pillows, linen (towels and face cloths, fitted-sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, kitchen towels) as mentioned in the description.

    - Advance payment : 30% of the rental price.
    - Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price.

    Additional person, from 9 to 10: 50 Euros per person and per week. Included: heating, water, electricity (fixed rate for normal use), the access to the relaxation room, linens are furnished (sheets, towels, kitchen towels). Not included: tourist taxes (0.76 Euros from up to 12 years old), security deposit (500 Euros to be paid upon arrival, refunded 15 days after the end of the stay inventory), the end of the week or weekend cleaning (50 Euros). There si an electricity fixed rate for use higher than normal consumption established regarding the current KW price. A 30 per cent deposit is required at booking + cancellation insurance is optional (2 per cent of the total price).
    Balance will have to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
