Very comfortable, quiet new mansion, with private 9x5 metre salt-water pool (equipped with protective tarpaulin in accordance with security standards), pool house with summer kitchen, garden planted with many trees, large shaded terrace with garden wrought iron table and chairs, electrical gate... The villa is close to the village centre, which is very lively during summer and listed amidst "France's most beautiful trip destinations". Pernes Les Fontaines is close to Provence's nicest places: Mont Ventoux, Luberon villages...
