On the hills of the back Niçois country, close to the village of Escarène. Ideal for people in search for peace and liking the excursions. With 12km of Nice, 15 km of the Airport of Nice Riviera, 32km of Antibes, 36 km of Cannes and 30km of Monaco. In full nature, with calm, the mountains and the sea are all close. The flat independent, is located on the 2nd floor of the villa on a whole level which can accomodate 8 to 9 people. Cook entirely equipped.

Located at 400m of altitude, between the mountain and the sea, neither too heat nor too cold on wooded hills. Southern orientation full, on sunny hills. Near to the sea (all the littoral between Menton and Cannes), with 25km of a station of winter (Peira Cava) located at 1500m of altitude, near to the middle age village of Luceram, near of the panoramas where one sees the sea, of the ruins of the middle age castle of Chateauneuf Villevieille. Ideally located for drive all over the Riviera as well as the villages of the back country like Saint Paul de Vence. In the vicinity (15km) of the International airport of Nice Riviera. Possibility of making boat or excursions in boat towards Corsica. Near to Italy (20km): Ventimiglia, Bordighera and San Remo. Ideally to spend the holidays of its choice. The Supermarket is at 6 km from here.
