Case 'Stella' is a comfortable apartment in villa, surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees, with a beautiful view on the sea and the typical Sicilian countryside. It is made up of a living room with TV, 1 sofa bed; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a comfortable and well equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities and a beautiful terrace with table and chairs. The property is located inside 1500 square metres of private ground with a lot of space to chill out during the hot hours of the day. It is located between two villages: 2 km from the centre of Capaci and 4 km from the centre of Isola delle Femmine. You can go to the beach in less than 5 minutes by car; you can also use the free bus which stops opposite to the house every 30 minutes and reaches the sea-front in little time. Close to the villa there is a big and well-equipped supermarket, where you can find everything needed. Besides it has an excellent location from which starting your trip to explore the West of Sicily.

Isola delle Femmine and Capaci beaches, well equipped during the bathing season, are destinations for tourists and holidaymakers. During the day you can relax lying under the sun on the wonderful sandy beach or enjoy practising swimming, water gym, windsurfing, beach volley or just walking along the coast; in the night there are various attractions: pubs, parties on the beach, shows in the square or in the sea front and so on. The two villages are in the West coast of Palermo. They enjoy a good position, because they are 10 minutes far from the chief town and in the centre of the gulf of Carini, so that you can have a sea and a cultural holiday at the same time. A particular attraction of the coast is the little island in front of the village, from which Isola delle Femmine took its name. Today it is a natural reserve protected by Lipu.

Stayed with our friends, who occupied three other apartments (Casa Stella and Casa Sophia) in this villa.
Casa Sophia apartments are good for a family with 2 adults and one or two kids or a teenager.

Nice, clean and well furnished apartment with air-conditioning, i.e. with everything what is needed for a "base camp" to explore the North-West part of Sicily.

Car is necessary to reach beaches and supermarkets, which are ca. 5 minutes drive-time. Beaches in this part of Sicily are good. You have sandy, stone and pebble beaches at your choice.

Airport is ca. 15-20 minutes by car.

Place is quiet, surrounded by mountains and skies with plenty of stars at night, which make you forget about your daily routine. Territory of the villa is isolated, which is good for kids, who can play outdoors, while you are having some rest or cooking in-house.

Family owning this villa deserves a special word! Really friendly, accommodating and responsive. They occupy one of the apartments in the same vila and offer you to join them for a family dinner on Weekends. Truly nice experience of Sicilian hospitality.

Go there, take a car and enjoy the sights, the sea and the people, which you rarely meet in other places of the world nowadays.

Wohnung neu und sehr sauber, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel. Die Anlage besteht aus 5 Apartments. Auto ist notwendig. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen: Supermarkt 1,5 km, Strand 2,5 km, Altstadt 2 km, Innenstadt von Palermo in 20 Min. Entgegen aller Reiseführerleser, die vor dem Verkehr in Palermo warnen, ist zu sagen, wer Mailand und Rom selbst durchfahren hat, kommt auch hier klar.
