Peaceful and picturesque village in Auvergne,18km from Puy en Velay,on the pilgrim road to Santiago de Compostela,beetween countryside and mountain. In winter you are only 10-20 km from ski slopes (down hill and cross-country),in spring,summer and autumn you will appreciate the delightful colours of the landscape (with daffodils or cêpes-mushrooms for eg). From the house you have a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and the old castle of St Julien Chapteuil. Possible activities : walking,hiking,horseback riding,visiting the source of the Loire at the mont Gerbier de Jonc or the ostrich farm... Close to the house : swimming pool,tennis,playground(swing,slide,small climbing wall) and shops... The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Gound floor : large living room with fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, television, freezer, refrigerator, oven, microwave and vacuum cleaner), a sofa-bed for 2 and a bathroom(shower). Terrace. Upstairs : 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. You can rent : sheets, washing machine, iron...
