A 65 m? room, for meetings, with a kitchen and a relaxing area. A courtyard, a playing area. Large blossoming garden, planted with trees, parking. The owner will be on the premises to welcome and inform you and to offer you services. On the premises, as well as the accommodation, you can have: Crepes at will, entire grilled and stuffed pig with garnish, caterer, partner restaurant 300 m away by foot. Activities: Sport coaching, mosaic lessons, thalasso therapy in Bénodet, hiking with a guide, bikes renting...Sheets, towels and household included.
