This new holiday house will enable you to relax as soon as you arrive. Either inside in the big living room or on the wooden terrace of 40m2, everything has been planned to offer you a happy stay. This all mod cons house of 80m2 is located in an entirely enclosed field of 600m2. It is located 900m away from the beaches and 1km away from the city centre and the shops. On Sunday mornings there is a big market where you can buy food for the week and the night market on Tuesday will make you discover the craft work and the tastes of our region. Of course, we accept our friends, the animals. The house is evident with its marine decoration.

The thalassotherapy will relax you in Peros Guirec and Tregastel (20km away), the Telecommunications Museum and the Gaul village will thrill you in Plaumeur Bodou (22km away). In the commune of Plestin you can enjoy the boat club, horse-riding, mountain biking or simply hiking tracks without forgetting fishing by the sea or on a boat.

  • Reservation deposit : 25% of the rental price.
  • Rates are stated for the whole rental, per week and for 4 adults and 2 children, or 6 people maximum. Utilities (water and electricity) are not included in the price. Your booking is assured when we receive the deposit corresponding to 25 percent of the total amount. Balance is to be paid at your arrival and a security deposit of 500 Euros is required and refundable the day of your departure after the inventory and statement of state of repair have been carried out in your presence. Before your departure, you will have to pay the charges as well, and the tourist tax, that corresponds to 0.55 Euros per day and per adult of olther than 18 years old.

Notes: Our holiday house has a laundry room as well as a very big cupboard, shelves, wardrobes, a sink and a Hoover. The kitchen is fully equipped with grill oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, raclette grill, electric kettle, and all the necessary crockery for six people. In the living room, the four armchairs and the sofa will enable you to watch TV with satellite channels. Under the TV, there is a DVD player at your disposal. Outside on the big wooden terrace of 40m2 you will find garden furniture, garden chairs to go read your book under the trees of the garden, four deckchairs and a barbecue. If you want to go around, we can offer you four mountain bikes.
