Beautiful and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment of 60m2 located at 100 m to the beach, waterfront, in the very animated marina of Hyeres , France, near St Tropez (Cote d'Azur, French Riviera) with a balcony where you can have your meals and enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean, the famous islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros (where you can go on a 10mn ride shuttle boat) and the mountains. It is located on the 6th floor (last floor) with elevator, sleeps 4 people, air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine.... It was just newly repainted and newly furnished. You can walk to the beaches, and you have many cafes, restaurants, grocery store, bakery... just down the apartment. It has a private parking spot and a locked bikes storage. Famous Provencal outdoor market every Sunday right down the apartment. Downtown Hyeres (old medieval village) is just 5mn drive. The apartment is available for vacation rental per week or for the week-end.
