Bastide of 260m2 with overflowing swimming pool and wonderful sea view on the bay of Cannes and Island of Lerins. The main house is for 8 persons and a closed friend's house with 55m2 in the same garden (photos enclosed) can welcome 8 more persons. That means 8 bedrooms with big volume, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 1 living room with 60m2. The rise to accommodate 16 persons (Bastide and friend's house) is 300 euros in low season and average season, 500 euros in high and very high season. Possibility to rent only the Bastide for 8 persons, and the friend's house stay free. The price is indicated on the website Abritel, following the seasons and at theend of the web page of Abritel web site. The village is 5 minutes by feet and offers all shops and restaurants.
