Villa with a fenced garden and private parking, located in a quiet villa between Alcamo and Castellammare del Golf. Here you are approximately 3km from the beaches. The villa is 45km west of Palermo and around 25km from the airport. The house is furnished simply but nicely and functionally, and it has many conveniences. The garden is surrounded by a wall, so you enjoy sufficient privacy. There is one covered patio. All necessary shops and facilities, including several sports facilities, are within a radius of 2km. This is an attractive, interesting region that invites you to make many outings. For example, you can visit the city of Palermo, with its splendid sights dating from several eras. The harbour city of Trapani and the nearby city of Erice, which is built on a rock, are certainly worth a visit. The nature park dello Zingaro, a wonderful area for walking, and Scopello are 13km far.
