Lovely bungalow to let in La Baule only 10 min walk to the beach, shops and train station (Gare SNCF Pornichet). 3 Bedrooms, kichen with cooker, micro-wave, dishwasher,fridge freezer, table and chairs, seperate sitting tv room with tv and dvd player. Toilet and shower. House is 60m2 (approx. 600sq feet), Garden is approx. 300m2 (3000 sq feet), south facing with a veranda and awning - very quiet and sunny with a lovely stone built BBQ. Also additional WC and shower in out building - handy for when you come back from the beach. 2 bicycles are also available!.
