This newly built luxury villa would be the perfect holiday home for those wanting a quiet, private location, yet within easy walking distance of the beach, marina, and restaurants. Only a 5 minute drive to Palmares golf course, this German built, equipped and furnished villa has been finished to the very highest standards, with designer furniture and Italian tiled floors. The sitting / dining area has sea views,2 leather sofas, sky TV, and leads onto a furnished patio with 10m x 4m heated swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. Also on the ground floor are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen with granite worktops, and a separate WC. The master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the first floor, and is simply stunning, having its own sitting area with leather sofa, Sky TV, and a superb en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The huge lower floor has two sofas, TV, DVD, play station, pool table, and table tennis. Air conditioning/fresh air system and under floor heating.

Diving, sailing and fishing all available at Lagos. Also, wonderful dolphin watching trips. 5 minute drive to delightful golf course Palmares with its spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean. Championship course Penina is 15 minutes away and there are many other golf courses. eg San Lorenzo,,Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago within easy driving distance.

  • Prices shown are for up to 8 people. For parties between 8 and 12 people there will be an extra charge.

    A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
    Payment can be made in UK sterling or euros at the prevailing rate.
  • A security deposit of £500 or €600 is required. This is refunded within two weeks of the end of the holiday provided no damage has occurred.

Notes: The swimming pool does not have a shallow end, so we regret that the property would not be suitable for very young children or those who are not competent swimmers. The villa is strictly non smoking. The villa has three completely separate sitting areas with TV's, and it is therefore ideal for a group to have their own space, or get together, as they wish. A separate laundry area is on the lower ground floor, with drinks refrigerator, washing machine and tumble drier. All electrical appliances are Miele.

We know and love Lagos, and would be very happy to help with any questions you might have, whether it be the best restaurant, golf course, activities or shopping!

Golf: We are keen golfers, and know the area and golf courses very well. There are so many golf courses in the area to suit all abilities, and we would be very happy to give help and advice with choosing and booking courses.

Everything at Villacara is of the highest standard and specification. Each area is spacious, inside and out. A good sized heated swimming pool too. Inside it is obvious that thought has been put into how each room has been decorated and furnished. There is even a large "chill out" room for table tennis, pool, playstation, dvd's.

The cleanliness/maintenance could not be questioned. We were shown around the house and informed of the local amenities.

The location could not be faulted, we were not overlooked and we were only ten minutes walk from the marina where there is a selection of restaurants. You are near enough to walk into the town where we experienced the traditional fish restaurants. There is also a superb italian a short drive away. There is an information pack at the villa too which gives information on a variety of "eateries" and places to go. We found this useful.

It was a very comfortable and pleasurable stay at Villacara. We would highly recommend it. It is somewhere you would return to.
