Room 1 : a bed of 160 cm, a large closet and private bathroom with toilet. Room 2 : a 140 cm bed, a large closet, and a bed of 90 cm. Room 3 : a bed of 160 cm, a large closet, floral patio overlooking.
A second bathroom and a toilet with washbasin independent, are accessible corridor serving the rooms.

You will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

The bed linen and towels is included in the rental price.

The garden is fully paved, « a wooden beach » with deckchairs overlook the pool 7.50 m x 4.50 m, protected by an alarm.
A flowery patio and a outdoor courtyard surrounded by walls are served by a kitchenette (cab+point barbecue + cooking electric) under canopy.

I twill also offer a garden on the terrace by the pool, and a second garden with deck in the yard near kitchenette.
You will have 2 parking spaces deprivation in a courtyard enclosed by an electric gate.

This pleasant villa, built in 2001, will be completely re-equipped and bedding will be renewed in early 2008.

Our friends the animals are not accepted, and it isn't allowed to smoke inside the house.

The price includes the rental charges with water and electricity included (including winter).
