Apartment with pretty sea-view, situated 50 metres from the large beach of fine sand at Jullouville. This 2 cles awarded duplex can accommodate 4 to 5 people in a small residence of 3 apartments, built in 2004 with private parking. This 60m* building has on the ground floor a living room with a sea-view, an open-plan kitchen opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. On the first floor, up a spiral staircase, there is a bedroom overlooking the sea (140cm bed) and a bedroom facing the garden (2 single beds), bathroom (shower), separate WC, cupboards. The building is 10 min walk from the shops and Jullouville centre. Private parking is available for vehicle + jet ski or small pleasure boat (jetty for launching)
