In private gated residence near the famous Croisette between the Palais des Festivals and the Palm Beach casino, in a 2 story building, rear flat with large sunny terrace and Mediterranean private garden. Quiet, secluded, recently remodelled and regularly up-dated. Living w dining area, sofa which is a twin bed (90cm x 190) or a comfortable king size (180cm x 190), flat screen TV, radio, CD, large wardrobe, central heating. A French window opens toward the furnished terrace with a dining area, armchairs, sun bath. The garden and the terrace have sun and shade all day long. They face Est, South and West. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee machine and more. Dishes and kitchen utensils abundantly provided.

The gated residence is located at the beginning of the Pointe Croisette near the Harbour Pierre Canto. From the flat, the Croisette is 100 m away. So are the beaches Bijou plage, Plage Gazagnaire and several other beahces. The Palais des Festivals, the Rue d'Antibes (shopping area) and the railway station are 20 minutes away by foot. You'll reach them by bus in 10 minutes. The bus stop is right across the street from the residence. Not far from the flat, by car the highway going to Nice (East) or to Marseille (west) is easily reachable. So are the famous towns of Antibes, Saint-Tropez, Aix-en-Provence. Not to be missed are the numerous little villages in the mountains very close by but already, it's another world. Last but not least, Italy, Monaco are less than 1 hour away.

  • Damage deposit : 300 €
  • Reservation deposit : 33% of the rental price.
  • We offer 4 rates depending on the time of the year. Utilities are all included. What is not included : pets 20 Eur per week, final cleaning : 45 eur. For a rental fee bed and bath linens are available.
    The security deposit is 300 euro.
    Booking of the flat is confirmed when we receive the partial payment of one third of the total rental price.
    The balance and the security deposit are due at the latest one month prior to the beginning of the rental period.
    The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay (assuming there are no damage, of course).
    The rental fee can be paid through Paypal.
    We provide a special discount for the week 27 (July 3-10, 2010): a 10 discount. The rental is therefore 661,50 Eur instead of 735 Eur. Please do not hesitate to contact us for special discounts in case of a longer sojourn.

  • The bath room has been entirely remodeled recently. A pleasant shower, a sink and many accessories make this place a nice shower room.

  • A nice Provence blue bed room w a double bed (140cm x 190). A large window opens towards the sun in the morning and the greenery of the garden: the citrus trees, lavender, roses... The bed room leads to the bath room.

Notes: When entering the flat, on your right are the separated toilets with a sink. On the terrace there is an additional shower (hot+ cold water): it's very handy when coming back from the beach or if Doggy is muddy or salty! Outside are cloth lines and extra chairs and armchairs, a watering can and a hose for the gardening minded ones. Although water is precious on the Cote d'Azur, this garden - low maintenance and drought resistant - likes a little drizzle from time to time.
