A 15% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 refundable security deposit is also required, refundable within 1 week of return. And when you spend a few days exploring this stunning new centre of Lisbon, take the metro (5 minutes walk) and in 5 minutes you will be in the historic part Lisbon with all the other also famous monuments and attractions.
