  Note that changeover day is Saturday and minimum rental period is one week (Shorter stays, from 3 days, possible in the low season. A monthly rate is negotiable also in the low season. Payment details are shown in our inquiry follow up letter, copy of which will be provided on request.
  A 15% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 refundable security deposit is also required, refundable within 2 weeks of return.
  Included in the rental rates are:
  Bed linens and towels provided on arrival and changed on a weekly basis.
