This new (‘08) vacation home complete with elevator, located on quiet dead end street in family oriented Seacrest Village. No public access to this street so beach is very private (used by houses on this street only!) This house is only “64 steps" to the beach. Great for kids as it is a quick walk back and forth to the house for lunch/bathroom breaks with no roads to cross. Rocking chairs to relax and watch the sun rise with morning coffee or listen to the surf on cool evenings.Second floor TV room w/speakers througout the whole house. 6 BR with 7.5 bathrooms (each BR has an LCD TV) makes this a great house for multiple families.
