The apartment is located 70 meters from the heart of the new Promenade of Pozzallo, the most popular tourist area of the town, which gives you a choice for bathing and for the long daily and nighttime walks. The Promenade beach, indicated for children, it is very large and wide, is composed of golden sand, allows you to have big space on the beach even during the months of July and August. The sunny weather almost year round, allows you to take the sun on the beach, from April to October. In the Sicula apartment you can quietly stay without the use of the car because you can find any service like restaurant, shop, pubs, within 350 meters. the apartment big 110 sq.m. based on the first floor.large double bedroom with window door that allows you to go on the balcony, a room with bunk beds, a single room.large living room with sofa bed, Outside there is a long balcony along throughout the apartment.
